On average, from when an ordered is placed to when it is received by the customer is 7-10 days (including mailing time-frames). Employment Verification can cause added processing times that may delay production and subsequent order delivery. There is no way to expedite the verification process.

All orders with agency specific logo or text must got through employment verification prior to going to production.

The Employment Verification process can take up three business days.

Once an order is cleared for production the FEDS Apparel Fulfillment Center can take an additional 5 days for production.

Shipping time frames will vary by courier and shipping service selected.

What takes so long? All orders with agency specific logos or text must got through Employment Verification. The Employment Verification process can take up 3 business days.

Replying to the emails from the Employment Verification Team is just the first step in a lengthy process to ensure items are going to the active personnel.

Once an order is cleared for production the FEDS Apparel Fulfillment Center can take an additional 5 days for production, pending the level of customization requested.

When your order is completed it will be turned of over to the courier of your choosing. Shipping time frames will vary by courier and shipping service selected.

It can take 1-10 Business days before your order leaves our Fulfillment Center and is turned over to courier for delivery.

Then you must allow for applicable delivery time frames.

Products from the FEDS Apparel, Support Small Business Program, may ship directly from the businesses themself. FEDS Apparel does not control production or fulfillment (unless stated on product page) of items sold by the small businesses in this program. The FEDS Apparel Customer Service Team can serve as an intermediary for these businesses.

Unfortunately not. We use Smart Order Routing to ensure items ordered are shipped to and received buy the customer as fast as possible.

This can result in multiple shipments from one or more of our Fulfillment Centers, or even manufacturers shipping directly to you.

Smart Order Routing enables us to get you your order faster in the most efficient manner.

FEDS Apparel ships internationally. However, any item with agency specific logo or text must be shipped to an official duty station, APO, or DPO.

FEDS Apparel ships via The United States Postal Service (USPS), or UPS.

If an item appears damaged due to factory defect, or mutilated during the production process, please contact our Customer Service Team and new items will be reshipped.

FEDS Apparel is not responsible for any order that is mishandled, lost, damaged,  by the delivery courier.

All items with agency specific logos are decorated and shipped from our Level II, Production Facility in Davie, FL. Only nonbranded agency items are shipped from the Fort Lauderdale, or Dallas Facilities,
